A few things worth knowing before you wait for our reply
We're based in Kuching, Sarawak, which means we operate on Malaysian time (UTC+8). If you're messaging from a different timezone, expect responses during our working hours — roughly 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. Weekend messages get picked up Monday morning.
For really urgent technical issues — like something broke and your project is stalled — WhatsApp is faster than email. We keep notifications on for that channel specifically because sometimes waiting 24 hours isn't realistic.
Complex inquiries about VR implementations or custom AI integrations often need a proper conversation, not just email ping-pong. Don't be surprised if we suggest scheduling a call after your initial message. It's just more efficient than typing essays back and forth.
Public holidays and response delays
Malaysia observes both national and state-specific holidays, which occasionally means delayed responses. If you message during Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, or Gawai Dayak season, we're probably out of office. We'll mention any extended closures on our homepage, but generally expect 48-72 hour delays during major holiday periods instead of the usual 24.
